Malta Business School (MBS) is a licensed Higher Education Institution, accredited by the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority (MFHEA). The school delivers both accredited programmes as well as corporate training projects. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality, applicable training which empowers our clients to reach their personal and organisational objectives.

In the last 15 years, we have worked with hundreds of learners, and watched our alumni achieve successes. We strongly believe in recruiting for attitude and training for excellence, and are currently seeking motivated, customer-centric and driven individuals in the positions of Admissions Executive (WS0012) and Client Relations Executive (WS0013).

Admissions Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent service to current and prospective students, to ensure a positive learning experience
  • Actively promoting our range of courses on various media
  • Carry out sales calls and sales meetings with prospective learners
  • Assisting prospective learners during the application-admissions process
  • Supporting and encouraging our learners through all their study journey, from enquiry to graduation
  • Handling administrative tasks with regards to scheduling, assessment processes, and course material uploads onto our learner platform
  • Contributing to team discussions with ideas and suggestions
  • Any other duties, as deemed suitable for your role, and as required by management from time to time

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A Level 6 degree, OR, a Level 5 qualification + similar work experience

Desirable Employment Experience:

  • Previous experience within a sales environment will be considered an asset

Required Skills/ Attributes:

  • Availability to work full-time basis, Monday to Friday, from 09:00am to 06:00pm
  • Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in Maltese will be considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills, including customer-focus
  • A service-minded attitude
  • The ability to thrive within a team
  • A hardworking approach, polite and can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Tech- friendly and knowledgeable about MS Office. Knowledge and proficiency in various social media marketing platforms will be considered an asset
  • Results-driven

Client Relations Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent service to current and prospective students, to ensure a positive learning experience
  • Actively promoting our range of courses on various media
  • Carry out sales calls and sales meetings with prospective learners
  • Contributing to team discussions with ideas and suggestions
  • Regular and consistent up-keep of records
  • Striving to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company by promoting products and services
  • Listening to and analysing the individual needs of clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities in different industries and identifying ways to improve existing products/services
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
  • Attending meetings as needed
  • Any other duties, as deemed suitable for your role, and as required by management from time to time

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A Level 5 qualification
